LISTENED TO MY WANTS!! Component 1) I recently purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Gage Auto Sales and wanted to write a letter of appreciation. John was the sales rep that listened to my wants and showed me Jeeps that were inside my monetary reach. He understood that I was not interested in "high pressure" sales and took time with me and he was really patient. We finally came together on a 1997 Jeep and I went for a test drive. John tried to demo the sunroof and discovered it wasn't working. He stated "should you purchase this we will take care of the sunroof." He took my supply to Jim and with "no pressure dickering", we reached an agreed price. I then signed the papers and having forgotten about the sunroof issue, I signed a "no future work to be performed" agreement.
